Our Luxury listing service is recommended for homes that will be listed for $1,000,000 or more.  We recognize that the market for larger luxury properties is different and requires   wider marketing than for the average residential home.  This listing package expands on the Premier and Designer listing services by extending the advertising range for the home to include luxury home publications and a wider geographic area, along with more careful buyer screening and at your option some sophisticated video and brochure materials.  This service level is offered at a 5% commission rate for the first $1,000,000 of sales price, and a 4% commission on any amount exceeding the first $1,000,000.  In addition, the design fee plus the additional luxury advertising services will be paid up-front and credited toward our commission at closing.

• Dupont Registry Advertising in full color.  This is the premier publication for Luxury Homes in the USA.
• Advertising available in major regional papers such as the New York Times, Boston Globe, Hartford Courant etc.  Includes print and internet areas of these publications.
• Advertising on several Internet sites exclusively for Luxury Homes, including national and international sites.
• Personally attending all showings, and requesting pre-qualification information on buyers who wish to view the property.
• Additional video and printed material can be prepared for your home at your request.
