Meet Our Staff

Tony and Crystal Guistinello-Broker/Realtor

Tony Guistinello is one of the founding members and the Designated Realtor of A&M, Realtors (Aristide & Maxwell LLC). He has worked for several local real estate companies over the past 21years and is a retired Police Lieutenant after having served the local community for over twenty years. He brings to the company a wealth of experience in both residential and investment brokerage fields as well as web design. After having worked for a variety of companies, Crystal Guistinello brings her varied experience in organization and design to A&M, Realtors. Crystal Attended Wellesley College for a degree in Art History focused on interior design and architecture. Her responsibilities include the creation and implementation of A&M's unique marketing strategies, layout design (in both print and internet) and staging services.

Linda Samide-Realtor

Linda comes to us with a great deal of experience in the public service sector. Peter Andolfi-Graphics Designer

Peter comes to A&M, Realtors with many years of experience in the graphic arts and design fields. He attended University of New York for degrees in Advertising, Art and Design, and Fine Arts. Nick DiLeo-Art Director

Nick comes to A&M, Realtors with more than a quarter of a century in commercial advertising in NYC, working for some of the most prestigious firms in creative and management positions.
